Briquetting Machine
Introduction

A Briquette Production Line typically consists of four sections: the raw material section, batching section, Briquetting Machine, and finished product section. The raw material section primarily handles material reception, while the batching section mixes materials according to specific ratios to ensure optimal performance in subsequent briquetting processes. The briquetting section is responsible for compacting the materials into blocks, and the finished product section conducts post-processing of the pressed blocks. Notably, unqualified materials are recycled back to the feeding end of the briquetting machine for reprocessing.

Key Equipment

The silo

The silo, as a core equipment for material storage, can temporarily or long-term store bulk materials to ensure a continuous supply to the production line while providing a buffer for the subsequent crushing process.

The mixer

The mixer mechanically blends diverse materials to ensure homogeneity, enhance compositional uniformity, promote thorough reactions, optimize product performance, and maintain production continuity for stable end-product quality.

Briquetting Machine

Briquetting Machine compacts powdered/granular materials into spherical briquettes, enhancing density and mechanical strength for efficient transportation, reduced dust pollution, and optimized metallurgical/energy production process stability.

Stackers

Stackers in briquetting lines' finished product zones prevent briquette breakage, enhance space efficiency, and are highly praised in industrial applications.
